Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a P/O/W-type multiple emulsion, constituted by two phases: an aqueous phase composed of an oil-in-water emulsion and an oil phase composed of a polvol-in-oil emulsion, wherein said oil phase comprises at least one lipophilic emulsifying agent, at least one lipophilic co-emulsifying agent and at least one electrolyte. This multiple emulsion is intended to be used as an excipient for actives, since it protects them from oxidation and hydrolysis, promotes delay or control of the release thereof and reduces the possible irritation caused by said actives.
