The movement-triggering element includes first and second subassemblies. The first assembly is designed to move the mobile element along a substantially vertical direction. The second subassembly connects the first subassembly to the mobile element and includes at least three actuators capable of acting in parallel to move the mobile element in a substantially horizontal plane independently of the first subassembly.
