La présente invention concerne un dispositif à injection (110) pourvu d'une enveloppe à orifice témoin (113) conçue pour recevoir une seringue (114) présentant une buse de décharge (118). L'invention comporte une gâchette (111) et un entraînement postéro-antérieur (132) agencé pour agir sur la seringue par déclenchement de la gâchette de façon à faire passer la seringue de la configuration rentrée à une configuration déployée, déchargeant alors le contenu de la seringue par la buse. Un élément support (122) se présente en contact avec l'enveloppe, un entraînement de rappel (126) étant monté sur l'élément support et agencé de façon à agir sur la seringue après décharge de son contenu de façon que la seringue puisse revenir en position rentrée depuis la position déployée.
