L'invention concerne un procédé économique servant à préparer un mélange de sels possédant une teneur basse en sodium (sel de santé) et provenant exclusivement de sources végétales présentant un rapport désiré entre chlorure de sodium et chlorure de potassium et des traces de micronutriments, y compris iode, ledit sel présentant une couleur blanche et s'écoulant librement dans la nature.
