Zusammenfassung: | The battery performance of a solid polymer fuel cell is improved by forming a good three-phase interface. Specifically, a catalyst-supporting conductor (10), a solid polymer electrolyte (20, 30) and a good solvent and a poor solvent for the solid polymer electrolyte are mixed for obtaining an ink wherein at least a part of the solid polymer electrolyte is formed into colloids (30). The thus-obtained ink is then dried, so that there is obtaine d a powder catalyst material (40). A catalyst layer of an electrode is formed through powder application of the powder catalyst material to an electrolyte membrane or a gas diffusion layer. |
