The invention additionally provides methods of using such compositions. In one embodiment, the invention provides a method of stimulating an immune response in an individual by administering a compositi on comprising an antigen and a TIM targeting molecule in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. In another embodiment, the invention provides a method o f stimulating an immune response in an individual by administering an antigen and a TIM targeting molecule, which can be administered together in a single composition or separately.
