A drive shaft (100) is at least partiall y disposed within the chamber of the housing, the drive shaft being coupled wi th the motor such that during selective operation of the motor, the drive shaft is rotated continuously. A brush head (14) is coupled with the drive shaft a nd has a plurality of bristles (16) mounted thereon, the brush head has a rotational axis (127) about which the brush head continuously or reciprocall y rotates.
