Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the use of Sertoli cells and myoid cells for creating an immunologically privileged site in a mammalian subject, thereby facilitating the transplantation of cells that produce a biological factor in the treatment of a disease that results from a deficiency of such biological factor. Pharmaceutical compositions containing Sertoli cells and myoid cells, as well as therapeutic methods relating to the use of these cells are provided by the present invention. La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de cellules de Sertoli et de cellules myoïdes pour la création d'un site immunologiquement privilégié chez un sujet mammifère, afin de faciliter la transplantation de cellules produisant un facteur biologique lors du traitement d'une maladie résultant d'une déficience de ce facteur biologique. La présente invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant des cellules de Sertoli et des cellules myoïdes, ainsi que des méthodes thérapeutiques se rapportant à l'utilisation de ces cellules.
