Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an optical device for studying an object. The inventive device makes it possible to ensure a maximum matching an interferometer arm by simply means, thereby obtaining a high depth resolutio n of the device during the use thereof in clinical and industrial conditions. Said invention provides for the use of at least one changeable part provided with specified optical parameters at least in one arm of the optical interferometer of said device. Said specified optical parameters of the changeable part of one of the optical interferometer arms can be determined, for example by the optical properties of the other optical interferometer ar m, in particular an optical fibre prob. This makes it possible to provide the device with, for instance a kit of changeable sets comprising the optical fibre probe and corresponding changeable part of a reference arm made of the same optical fibre section. The use of such sets during the use of the devic e in clinical and industrial conditions is sufficient enough and does not require a highly qualified staff. The specified optical parameters of the changeable part of one of the optical interferometer arms can be also determined by the optical properties of a light source or by the optical properties of the studied object. Said device can be embodied with the use o f discrete optical elements and optical fibre, in particular a monomode and/or polarisation-preserving fibre.
