Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a container for dispensing individual paper products (12) that includes a housing, a cover (34) hingedly or removably attached to the housing wherein the cover (34) defines a dispensing opening (40), a means (102) for elevating paper products (12), and a plunger (100) disposed in the interior area (32) of the housing. The plunger (100) is urge d toward the dispensing opening (40) by the means (102) for elevating paper products (12). The container may be included in a system for dispensing pape r products that further includes a cartridge containing paper products. The cartridge defines a dispensing opening and a second opening wherein the mean s (102) for elevating paper products (12) extends through the second opening into the interior area of the cartridge to contact the paper products (12) a nd urge the paper products (12) toward the dispensing opening. The cartridge an d container may be configured wherein the second opening is formed by removal of a removable portion during the process of inserting the cartridge into the container.
