The cleaning implement also has a cleaning tool (20) which is removably connected to the mop head. The cleanin g implement has a locking mechanism (61) for temporarily preventing the rotati on of the mop head relative to the handle. The cleaning tool comprises a grip portion (120), a head portion (220) and a scrubbing portion (320).
