The present invention is also directed to methods of purification of MDA-7. L'invention se rapporte à des compositions et à des procédés impliquant MDA-7. Cette invention concerne de manière plus spécifique des compositions et des procédés de traitement à visée diagnostique, pronostique et thérapeutique, permettant de traiter le cancer ainsi que d'autres troubles liés à angiogenèse (thérapie anti-angiogénique). La présente invention se rapporte en outre à des procédés de purification de MDA-7.
