Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an automated food product dispenser (100) comprising an interface connection (233) configured to establish a supply of a milk-based fluid (211a) from a reservoir (211)for example, a container or a bag), a mixing device (400) configured to receive the milk-based fluid (211a) and prepare a milk based product, a nozzle (500) in fluid association with the mixing device (400) for dispensing the milk based product, a product flowpath (600) configured for directing the milk based product to flow from the interface connection (233) through the mixing device (400) to the nozzle (500), and a clean-in-place flowpath assembly (700) located in the dispenser (100) and comprising a supply (987a) of cleaning or sanitizing fluid and a flowpath (800) which is configured to deliver the cleaning or sanitizing fluid to or through the product flowpath (600). The invention also relates to a method of using and machine readable program for controlling the automated food product dispenser (100) of the invention.
