La présente invention se rapporte à un vaccin contre la coccidiose des poulets préparé à partir de quatre espèces atténuées de Eimeria :E. acervulina, E. maxima, E. mitis et E. tenella. Le vaccin est semblable ou supérieur à d'autres médicaments anticoccidiaux en termes de stimulation de l'immunité protectrice contre la coccidiose.
