Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for cutting mineral-containing articles includes a table, blade support structure and a rotatable blade. The blade support structure has a cutting arm extending from the table that is capable of being moved in an arcuate cutting motion between an initial position away from the table and a cutting position toward the table. Where an article's longitudinal axis has a dimension that is less than the diameter of the rotatable blade, the apparatus is capable of cutting the article into two pieces in a single arcuate motion. The apparatus is also capable of deflecting dust created during cutting through the use of a guard member and an exhaust fitting connected to a vacuum pump.
