The invention further relate s to drug-screening method using the ADAM-TS polypeptides and polynucleotides to identify agonists and antagonists for diagnosis and treatment. The invention further encompasses agonists and antagonists based on the ADAM-TS polypeptid es and polynucleotides. The invention further relates to antagonists identified by drug screening methods with the ADAM-TS polypeptides and polynucleotides as a target. The invention further related to methods of treating a subject suffering from a ADAM-TS associated disorder.
