Zusammenfassung:A glider chair includes a base frame, a glider frame moveably coupled to the base frame, and a seat frame pivotally coupled to the glider frame. The seat frame is biased between an upper position when unoccupied and a lower position when occupied. An automatic lock mechanism is coupled between the seat frame and the glider frame, and is configured to engage to resist motion of the glider frame relative to the base when the seat is i n the upper position, and to disengage to allow motion of the glider frame relative to the base when t he seat is in the lower position.
