Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for producing security belt bands, whereby the bands are initially woven using at least two synthetic threads having different colours where at least one thread is spun-dyed, and by using known bindings. The invention is characterised in that the bands are subsequently subjected to a water-bath treatment containing at least one dispersion dye. The invention also relates to thus produced security belt bands and security belts which contain said type of bands.
