The nutritional supplement composition is administered in amounts effective for limiting weight gain and/or enhancing weight loss, as well as promoting overall good health, in the treatment of body weight conditions, including overweight and obesity. L'invention concerne une composition de supplément nutritionnel comprenant des doses thérapeutiquement efficaces de minéraux de lait tels que le calcium, une source protéique renfermant un fragment de caséine .kappa. (106-109), et des peptides inhibiteurs d'enzymes, ladite composition permettant de traiter des troubles pondéraux.
