Zusammenfassung:A roaming gateway (32) interfaces between a CDMA MSC (22) and a GSM core infrastructure (14), so that a GSM-enabled CDMA mobile station (12) having a subscription in the GSM system can roam into the CDMA system (18) and be authenticated to use the CDMA system (18). The roaming gateway (32) obtains necessary authentication information from the GSM system and transfer the information to the mobile station (12) using a short message service.
