Zusammenfassung:	A variable width roll forming apparatus (90) forms a web and includes a firs t side plate (38) extending substantially an entire length of the roll forming apparatus (90) and a second side plate (40) extending substantially an entir e length of the roll forming apparatus, the first side plate (38) and the seco nd side plate (40) being oriented substantially equidistant from one another. A plurality of roller die assemblies are disposed in apertures formed in the first side plate and the second side plate. An adjusting apparatus (206) is utilized to selectively change a separation width between predetermined roll er die assemblies in the first side plate (38) and the second side plate (40), wherein the roll forming apparatus (90) defines at least two differing width between roller die assemblies disposed in the first side plate and the secon d side plate while maintaining the substantially equidistant spacing between t he first side plate (38) and the second side plate (40).
