The process includes rotational tumbling of partially protected intraocular lenses in a dry polishing media. The process is suitable for single piece and multipiece introacular lenses of varying composition. L'invention concerne un procédé de polissage à sec pour lentilles intraoculaires moulées ou taillées, qui permet d'éliminer les bavures, d'arrondir les arrêtes vives et/ou de supprimer les irrégularités de surface. Le procédé fait appel au tonnelage des lentilles intraoculaires, partiellement protégées, dans un milieu de polissage à sec. Ce procédé est approprié aux lentilles à pièce unique et à pièce multiples de composition variable.
