Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed are methods for preparing compounds of the formula 9 and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts and solvates thereof, wherein R6 is alkyl or alkoxyalkyl; R7 is optionally substituted alkyl or optionally substituted alkylaryl; each R8, R9 and R10 are independently H, alkyl, halo, cyano, nitro, trifluoromethyl, difluoromethoxy, trifluoromethoxy, azido,-OR11,-C(O)R11,-C (O)OR11, -NR12C(O)OR14,-OC(O)R11,-NR12SO2R14,-SO2NR11R12,-NR12C(O)R11, -C(O)NR11R12,-NR11R12, -S(O)j aryl, -S(O)j alkylaryl, -S(O)j alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, aryloxy, arylalkoxy, arylamino, arylalkylamino, arylalkyl (alkyl) amino, heterocyclic or heterocyclic-alkyl, wherein j is 0 to 2; R11 is H, alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heterocyclic or heterocyclic-alkyl; R12 is H or unsubstituted alkyl and R14 is alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, heterocyclic or heterocyclic-alkyl; and wherein the alkyl, aryl and heterocyclic groups may be substituted and the aryl and heterocyclic groups may be fused to an aryl, saturated cyclic group or heterocyclic group; and R15 is H, alkyl, aryl or alkylaryl. The foregoing compounds are useful in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancers, in mammals. |
