Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for dispensing paper. The apparatus allows for the use of an existing wall-mounted dispenser without requiring any modification to the existing wall-mounted unit. The apparatus can also be free-standing or portable. The apparatus will accommodate rolled paper or sheets of paper. Th e apparatus also comprises an automated system for moistening and/or cleansing which enables the user to optionally moisten the paper and/or apply a cleansing agent to the paper if so desired. The degree (i.e.; the amount) of moistening or cleansing agent applied may be controlled by the user.
