The system (1 ) comprises shortcircuit lines (5, 6), which are disposed approximately parall el to the inner conductor (3) of the coaxial line. This disposition makes possible to develop the housing (2) of the system (1) concentrically to the longitudinal axis (9 ) and the housing (2) has no projecting elements.
