Zusammenfassung:	One-pack type perfusion liquid preparations which are excellent in the effec t of protecting eye tissues and corneal endothelial cells during and after cataract operation, intraocular lens transplantation, glaucoma operation, vitreous body operation and penetrating keratoplasty, and have a high biological safety. These preparations comprise an aqueous solution containin g at least one compound selected from among D-3-hydroxybutyric acid and salts thereof, a hydrogencarbonate and calcium glycerophosphate and remain stable as a preparation even under severe temperature conditions.
