The pressure rollers (74) are incorporated into the gear reduction system and are driven by a follower gea r (15), which in turn, is driven by a drive gear (19). The pump system further includes a cassette body (62) having a reaction surface (62A); a flexible tu be mounted adjacent the reaction surface (62A); and roller gears (70) carrying the pressure rollers (74); and a cassette cap (64) for connecting the roller gears to the cassette body (62).
