Zusammenfassung:	Pad for carrying liquid having a piece of non-woven material which is capabl e of absorbing an amount of said liquid at least about 1.5 times it's own weight, a first ink printed on a first surface of said material and a second ink printed on either the first or a second surface of said material wherein the first ink is substantially in register with the second ink. Method for making a printed pad for carrying a liquid including the steps of feeding a web of non-woven material into a rotogravure press, printing a first ink wit h the press on a first surface of said web, printing a second ink with the pre ss substantially in register with the first ink on the first surface or a secon d surface of said web. System for cutting, in repeat length, printed designs from a web of elastic material, to form printed pads, having: an unwinding station, an infeed station, a diecutting cylinder having a circumference greater than said repeat length and connected to a correction gearbox, processor electronically coupled to sensors for controlling said infeed station and said diecutter.
