Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to insulin analogues of formula (I), in which X can independently be a branched or unbranched C1-C10-alkyl group, a simply or multiply substituted aryl group, a C1-C10-alkyl group, simply or multiply substituted or unsubstituted O-aryl group, an amino acid or a derivative thereof, or a group of the formula NRR'; R, R' is H, NH2, a branched or unbranched C1-C10-alkyl rest or a simply or multiply substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; and n is 0, 1, 2,... 16. The invention also relate s to a medicament containing such insulin analogues, a method for preparing a medicament for the treatment of diabetes and a method for the preparation of insulin analogues.
