Zusammenfassung:	An RecA-like recombinase/single-stranded nucleic acid probe/double-stranded target nucleic acid complex can be very efficiently and specifically formed by a method comprising preparing an RecA-like recombinase/single-stranded nucle ic acid probe complex in the presence of a hardly degradable nucleotide cofacto r which has molecules in a number 1/4 times or more larger than the number of the molecules contained in the nucleotide residues constituting the single- stranded nucleic acid probe but 10 times or less larger than the number of t he molecules of the RecA-like recombinase, and bringing the obtained complex wi th a specimen containing the double-stranded target nucleic acid.
