Zusammenfassung:An apparatus and module for use with a vending machine using an optical communication data exchange standard. An optical transceiver, such as an IrD A~ compatible transceiver, is mounted on a printed circuit board adjacent to a customer display. An isolator is mounted between the IR transceiver and the customer display such that the IR transceiver's performance is not degraded as a result of noise emissions originating from the customer display.
