Zusammenfassung:	According to a modulation system such as 8PSK or 16PSK in which one symbol is expressed using 3 or more bits, the transmitter places important information on at least one of the 1st bit or 2nd bit only and the receiver extracts the important information from at least one of the 1st bit or 2nd bit of the reception signal and communication control is performed based on this important information. Selon une technique de modulation dans laquelle un dispositif émetteur exprime un symbole de type 8PSK ou 16PSK au moyen de trois bits ou plus, l'information importante est contenue dans au moins un des premier et second bits.
