Zusammenfassung:	A metallurgical furnace which comprises a furnace body shell, a bottom wall comprising lining bricks provided on an inner side of the furnace body shell, and a side wall comprising water-cooled metal panels provided on the inner side of the furnace body shell, wherein metal partitions are provided among the water-cooled metal panels, a furnace body comprises upper and lower vessels, which can be separated from each other, and which are provided therebetween with a seal means, a hot metal as a seed molten metal is introduced from a pan to a tap hole via an introduction passage, and a residual molten metal is discharged from an enlarged bottom-blown nozzle port.
