Zusammenfassung:	A device for carrying high currents at a low inductance, in particular for a power converter or the like, is provided with two flat electrical conductors which are arranged roughly parallel to each other and are spaced apart from each other. The space between the two conductors contains no transition from one of the two conductors to a solid-state insulator, and from there to the other of the two conductors. As a result, no aging phenomena can arise in the device according to the invention owing to partial discharges.
