Zusammenfassung:	An alignment device for aligning a photoelectric device with a target comprises a mounting plate and a fixed bracket spaced from the mounting plate. Screws attached to the mounting plate and the fixed bracket alter the distance therebetween when rotated, so that the orientation of the mounting plate with respect to the fixed bracket can be adjusted. A spring mounted around each of the screws between the mounting plate and the fixed bracket is adapted to push the mounting plate away from the fixed bracket.
