Zusammenfassung:	An improved fluidized bed coking process wherein a heavy hydrocarbonaceous feedstock is introduced into a coker containing a fluidized bed of hot particles in the form of minute droplets of oil. The minute droplets of oil are allowed to react in the fluidized bed for only a short retention time , thereby increasing the desirable liquid yield and decreasing coke and gas formation.
