Zusammenfassung:	A method of manufacturing a removable heat exchange element for a heat exchanger e.g. a cooling radiator for a car, comprises taking a length of tubing which has been preformed to have an accurately flat surface and bonding a fin to the surface. Preferably the tubing has been precoated with a metallic bonding agent such as solder or brazing alloy and the bonding includes heating the tubing and fin to melt the solder or alloy, and then cooling the assembly.
