Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a process for the production of high-affinity anti-hapten antibodies and to a composition for the determination of haptens with the aid of these antibodies. The process for the production of these highaffinity anti-hapten antibodies is characterised in that in a first step an animal is immunised several times with a hapten-protein conjugate and in the second step the animal is immunised several times with a mixture of up to three hapten-protein conjugates, the conjugates containing the same hapten, but different proteins.
