In formula (II) where R1= a mono- or polyhydric aliphatic alcohol residue; R2= H, C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 hydroxyalkyl or C2-C10 polyhydroxyalkyl; R3= H, C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 hydroxyalkyl, C2-C10 polyhydroxyalkyl or an integral part of R2 as a carbocyclic residue; R4= a mono-or polyhydric aliphatic alcohol residue; and A= C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 hydroxyalkyl or C2-C10 polyhydroxyalkyl; provided that at least one of R2, R3 and A contains one or more hydroxy groups are disclosed.
