Zusammenfassung:	This invention provides a molded body of a waterabsorbing resin characterized in that the resin forms a uniform matrix phase wherein the molecules of the resin are interlocked with one another, and water absorbed by the resin is uniformly dispersed as chemically and/or physically bonded to the resin, and that the body is substantially free from air bubbles, a process for producing the molded body, an NMR diagnosis phantom comprising the molded body, and a process for preparing a water-absorbing resin.
