Zusammenfassung:An optically active 3,4-dihydrobenzoxazine derivative compound represented by the general formula (III) (III) wherein X1, x2 and X3, which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, and R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and the salts thereof, a process for preparing the same and an intermediate of 2H-benzoxazine compound represented by the formula (II) (II) wherein X1 represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, X2 and X3 each represents a halogen atom, and R1 represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and the salts thereof, useful for synthesizing the above mentioned optically active 3,4-dihydrobenzoxazine are disclosed.
