Zusammenfassung:	A foldable machinist's tool tray is provided which convieniently supports a pan over the engine compartment of an automobile, for example. When in its unfolded position the tray may be wheeled about on its wheels but is prevented from inadvertent movement by a leg which engages the floor. In its folded position the tray is still supported parallel to the floor on its wheels but at a much lower height so that it may be wheeled underneith the automobile.
