ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A digital signal receiver has a channel selector operable to select any one of a plurality of broadcast sig-nal channels, a demodulator for demodulating a broadcast signal selected by the channel selector, digital signal re-producing circuit for extracting and reproducing the digital signal from an output signal from the demodulator and fre-quency characteristic correcting components each having a different frequency characteristic for correspondingly cor-recting a total signal transmission path from a broadcasting transmitter to the digital signal reproducing circuit. A correction selector for connecting one of the frequency cha-racteristic correcting components between the demodulator means and the digital signal reproducing circuit in response to operation of the channel selector. The one of the fre-quency characteristic correcting components which is thus connected upon operation of the channel selector can be pre-set.
