SURGICAL SUTURING INSTRUMENT FOR APPLICATION OF A STAPLE SUTURE

Disclosure is made of a surgical instrument, comprising a supporting body with a replaceable die, a magazine with staples, a carriage-holder, a staple ejector, a carriage-hol-der mechanical actuator, and a staple ejector mechanical actuator. The replaceable die is provided with a shaped guide plate arranged square with the die and facing the magazine, the shape of said guide plate corresponding to each of the suture types. The end surface of the magazine and of the staple ejector are also shaped do as to suit the type of suture being applied and to conform to the shape of a respective die.
