Zusammenfassung:	PROCESS FOR PRODUCING DETOXIFIED PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS CONTAINING A CYTOSTATICALLY ACTIVE ALKYLATING AGENT The present invention is related to the detoxification of cytostatically active alkylating agents causing undesired urotoxic side effects in the kidneys, the urinary tracts and the urinary bladder of the patients treated therewith by administering the alkylating agent in combination with a pharmacologically acceptable salt of a dithiodi-(alkane sulfonic acid) of the general formula . The present invention is further related to detoxified pharmaceutical products containing such cytostatically active alkylating agents and process for producing the same.
