Zusammenfassung: | METHOD FOR ADJUSTING THE COAGULATION POINT OF CARBOXYLATED LATICES Process for reducing the coagulation point of a rubber latex which is free from non-ionogenic emulsifiers and contains the following components in polymerised form:1) 20 - 60 parts by weight of styrene,2) 40 - 80 parts by weight of butadiene,3) 1 - 6 parts by weight of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid,4) 0 - 15 parts by weight of acrylonitrile and/or methacrylonitrile,5) 0 - 5 parts by weight of acrylamide and/or methacrylamide and6) 0 - 5 parts by weight of N-hydroxymethyl- and/or N-alkoxyme-thyl-acrylamide and/or -methacrylamide, in which the sum of components 5 and 6 must be at least 1 part by weight, wherein only anionogenic emulsifiers of the kind which can easily be biologically degraded are used in the preparation of the latex and the quantity of components 4, 5 and 6 is calculated so that after the addition of a heat sensitizing agent to the latex a coagulation point of 35 to 60.degree.C which remains constant over a prolonged period is obtained. |
