Zusammenfassung:	Coffee grinder gas is fixed in a glyceride at relatively high levels by contacting condensed grinder gas frost and the glyceride in a pressure vessel at a temperature which is above the critical temperature of liquid carbon dioxide. The pressure vessel is then slowly vented in order to prevent a drop in temperature to below the critical level.
