Another component has two layers (3, 4) that are roving layers with two thread groups oriented in respective directions. One of the directions of the latter component forms an angle relative to the directions of the former component. The other direction of the latter component forms an angle relative to the directions of the former component. A textile binder connects the groups of the latter component with each other.
