The obtaining section obtains operational data of the large number of air conditioning facilities within the buildings through plural control units (20a, 20b, 20c) disposed in the buildings for controlling the large number of air conditioning facilities. The extracting section extracts a group (groups) satisfying predetermined conditions based on plural assessment perspectives.
