Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:Compositions obtained by reacting a fluorine-free polyisocyanate with a sub-stoichiometric amount of fluorine-free 10-24C monohydric alcohol, blocking some of the free isocyanate groups with a ketone oxime and then reacting the remaining isocyanate groups with a fluorine-free polyhydroxy-amine or polyhydric alcohol. Compositions (I) obtained by (a) reacting fluorine-free polyisocyanate(s) with 2 or more NCO groups with fluorine-free 10-24C (preferably 12-22C) monohydric alcohol(s), using 2-10 (preferably 4-8) equivs. NCO groups per equiv. OH groups, (b) reacting the product with a ketone oxime in amounts such that free NCO groups are still present and (c) reacting the product from (b) with a fluorine-free organic amine containing 2 or 3 hydroxyl groups and/or a fluorine-free polyhydric alcohol in amounts such that the product is essentially free from isocyanate groups. An independent claim is also included for aqueous dispersions containing (I) and dispersants.
